3. Third-Party Service Usage

Universally Chat does not share user information with third-party services. The APIs used are provided by OpenAI and Lemon Squeezy, each of which has its privacy policy governing its services - OpenAI: https://openai.com/privacy/; Lemon Squeezy: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy. For the verification of the premium license key the API of Lemon Squeezy is used.

4. eCommerce and payment service providers

On universally.chat chrome extensions we offer, among other things, digital goods, and services for sale. For the sale of these products on our chrome extension, we use Lemon Squeezy. The provider is Lemon Squeezy 222 Main Street Suite 500 Salt Lake City, UT 84101 (hereinafter Lemon Squeezy).

If you click on one of our products, you will be redirected to our sales page on Lemon Squeezy. The contract is then processed via Lemon Squeezy. For details, please refer to the privacy policy of Lemon Squeezy at: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.

The use of Lemon Squeezy is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the use of a fast and professional sales page to sell our products.
